Introduce yourself and then tell your motivational tale in your own words. We’d love to know more about how you got to where you are now
I was born in the modest, stunning seashore Ukrainian city of Sevastopol. My family immigrated, therefore I was raised in Moscow. With a marketing bachelor’s degree under my belt, I’ve worked for a number of businesses, including Coca-Cola Euroasia.
I have experience in many different fields and have done a number of jobs, such as marketing, modeling, English teaching, aerial gymnastics, and coaching. At the age of 23, I immigrated to the US and started a new life. The unusual institution of immigration is the ideal test for developing independence, self-determination, and self-awareness. I have surmounted all challenges to become the woman I am, and I feel really blessed to live in this nation.
I worked as a project manager on a range of projects with different managers, producing something beneficial for organizations and marketplaces throughout the world. Learning about communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and leadership was a worthwhile experience. I became the CEO of many businesses, where I was in charge of more than 200 workers worldwide.
I made the decision to start my own company and pursue entrepreneurship in 2022, when I was 28 years old and involved in a car accident from which I fortunately walked away unhurt. I started my own women’s network to enable women everywhere to find their talents and distinctive qualities and achieve their objectives.
I’ve always had a lot of enthusiasm for a wide range of subjects, and now our women’s community, where we grow, learn, and support one another, has all of this. Instead of concentrating on ONE job, you may grow your personality and abilities in a variety of sectors. Variety and diversity are crucial for promoting power, authenticity, and inner assurance.

Why did you decide to launch your own company?
I’ve always wanted to do something significant and inspirational on my own. As opposed to working in a corporate setting, I like the flexibility of creative and decision-making. I’d rather work for money than get paid for it. Its obligation and one choice is freedom.
When did you decide it was time to start working for yourself full-time?
This is how I’ve always felt. I ultimately made a decision following the car accident in October. In the past, I had been juggling several tasks at once. Everything went as planned since my partner helped and encouraged me.
