The most important details in this text are the methods used to create Reroute Lifestyle, which makes money in three methods: services for affiliate marketing to promote product sales, content that advertises those affiliates, and a targeted audience to consume the information. The main source of income for Reroute Lifestyle is affiliate marketing, and the goal for Reroute Lifestyle’s affiliate revenue in 2018 is to at least quadruple it. Reroute Lifestyle provides freebies and email prizes to entice readers to become steadfast subscribers.
Reroute Lifestyle assists people in achieving their goals by providing the necessary financial freedom. By spotting a profitable niche, creating excellent content, and building a community, Krista was able to bring in $1,500 a month and receive 11,000 monthly page visits. She has, however, made a lot of mistakes along the way. Take note of their errors!
What is your background and what are you concentrating on right now?
Throughout my journey to “adulthood,” I was unable to comprehend the pursuit of the American dream.
We put so much effort into paying off our school loans. What follows that? Improve our vehicle? establish a family? Obtain a property with a mortgage? purchase a second car?
I also started a travel and leisure blog in 2017. I wanted young women who were financially savvy to say “yes” to more possibilities outside of the American ideal.
After only a few days of blogging, I received a $0.44 commission through Amazon Affiliates.
At that time, I understood I could make money blogging. Soon after, I learned that there is a sizable online community of people who blog, do freelancing, and work remotely in order to earn money online.
The idea for Reroute Lifestyle emerged a few months later. I made my first transatlantic trip with my partner at the time. After days of exploring the Cote d’Azur, we came home to emails announcing affiliate sales.
Reroute Lifestyle now supports ambitious people in gaining the financial freedom required to quit their 9-to-5 jobs, start making money online, and manage their own schedules.
What methods did you use to create Reroute Lifestyle? Which business model do you employ?
Reroute Lifestyle makes money in three methods because the internet sector might be unstable when you’re just starting out:
Services for Affiliate Marketing to Promote Product Sales
You need an income source (like affiliate marketing), content that advertises those affiliates, and a targeted audience to consume the information in order to make money blogging.
The main source of income for Reroute Lifestyle is affiliate marketing.
We produced a mini-ebook with some affiliate links before to developing our website in order to make a small profit. This ebook was offered without charge in an effort to grow our email list. We circulated the mini-ebook on Pinterest as we were building the website.
In light of this, my goal for Reroute Lifestyle’s affiliate revenue in 2018 is to at least quadruple it.
Write more articles with some affiliate links.
Boost our Pinterest audience growth initiatives.
In our newsletter, we provide freebies and email prizes to entice readers to become steadfast subscribers.
Which marketing techniques do you use to boost traffic?
I’ve been able to grow my brand-new site to receive over 11,000 monthly page views in only six months by spending both time and money on Pinterest.
Adaptive Analytics Change Your Way of Life Pageviews per month from August 2017 to January 2018
My main plan for using other platforms was to get better at storytelling. Visitors to Reroute Lifestyle do so for a cause. because they desire the freedom to be in charge of their own life, that is, to take charge of their own decisions. And they want to enhance this liberty by using the Internet.
As a result, I put narrative first when I create guest articles for other sites, plan tweets, or update Reroute Lifestyle’s Facebook page.
The beginnings of Redirect Lifestyle’s social media expansion in the transportation sector (August 2017–January 2018).
What were the biggest challenges you faced, and how did you get beyond them?
I had to most successfully go over my money perspective when it came to operating Reroute Lifestyle as a business. I transformed from a frugal person to a company owner who distributes every dollar made.
Instead than just letting profits sit in a bank account, I’m trying to make thoughtful, strategic investments in my company.
For me personally, the shift to self-employment was difficult. I became sick right away after quitting my day job. Of course, I whined about missing my paid leave benefits for the whole week at home.
I also toiled to give my blog “full-time” and continuous work. I had no idea how to add more tasks to my list so I could spend at least 40 hours a week working on the blog.
Now, I try to maintain a balance:
Marketing is done through Pinterest, SmarterQueue, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
At least one blog post and one email should be written with content.
networking through guest blogs and interviews.
Growth analysis of email list growth, affiliate success, and audience behavior.
The publishing of eBooks and blog consulting are examples of side ventures.
Although these obligations do not currently fit into a 40-hour work week, I will get there eventually.
What are your biggest flaws, exactly?
I have a wide range of interests, thus I naturally want to write about a wide range of subjects. In that they can more effectively target their audience through marketing, content production, and product development, niche-related blogs have it easier.
But being unable to narrow my focus any further is the biggest limitation I place on myself.
What were the worst mistakes you made when building and growing Reroute Lifestyle?
My audience and mission frequently change.
Again, I have several interests. I was certain that I could really hone down on Reroute Lifestyle. But as I wrote more for the journal, I discovered that I’m happiest when I’m writing about a variety of subjects.
This made growing challenging. I have a large following of affiliate marketers, but I want to broaden my readership by blogging about travel and side jobs that I can do while on the road.
Since I am well aware of this, I make it a point to keep my content relevant and concentrated on using the internet to earn money online so that you may work wherever you are.
What would you change, if you could only alter one thing?
If I were to start over, I would use more resources while doing less. I wanted to have eight different posts across several categories when Reroute Lifestyle first launched, as well as many opt-ins. I wish I had instead:
described one particular modification to provide users,
made a single, standout opt-in rather than multiple.
A few comprehensive blogs that were written for engagement and sales were published.
Reroute Lifestyle took us a month to complete (I was working a full-time job at the time), but I wish I had concentrated on creating LESS content (articles and email opt-ins) with MORE value.
What additional learning tools than mistakes would you suggest for ambitious businesspeople?
