Every day, I try to incorporate a healthy amount of learning and discovery. I spend 60-90 minutes fully immersed in news and technological trends, learning new things. It is the best approach for keeping up with trends and always getting better.
By selecting and finishing the most important things first, I prioritize my daily responsibilities and keep to a constant schedule. I finish the little tasks while making sure I am moving forward with the more crucial tasks. My productivity is greatly influenced by my ability to stay organized, limit interruptions, and keep my workspace tidy and clear of clutter.

What do you do when you’re overwhelmed or unable to concentrate?
I continue despite being overworked or distracted. I have the same mentality as the saying, “Mothers don’t get sick days.” I can’t afford to be distracted or overworked. I am a husband, a parent, the CEO of my business, and a manager of our staff. Somebody constantly looks up to me.

What is the biggest failure you’ve ever had in your career, how did you overcome it, and what did you learn from it?
I wish I had only one. I have many, some big and some small. Failure, poor choices, and mistakes are all common parts of the process, so you shouldn’t be afraid of them. I’ve missed more than 9,000 strikes in my career, but Michael Jordan said it best: “Failure is the key to success.” I’ve dropped nearly 300 games. I’ve been given the chance to make the game-winning shot 26 times, but I’ve never succeeded. Throughout my life, I have fallen short several times. And this is the reason I succeed.
Failure can help us develop and teach us crucial lessons that will aid us in achieving our objectives. Failure can also give us the motivation to persevere despite difficulties. Without failure, we would never understand what is possible and how to realize our full potential.
